Indoor Climate Experts HVAC will remain committed to implementing precautionary measures to ensure the safety of your family and our technicians as we work in and around your home. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 virus and are taking actions to help flatten the curve.

• Our technicians have been instructed to practice social distancing & limit physical contact with customers, including shaking hands.
• Only asymptomatic staff members are permitted to work. If an employee is not feeling well, we have asked that they consult with their physician and remain at home.
• Our staff will use a new pair of latex gloves and/or sanitize their hands with each resident they visit.
• Disinfectant wipes will be used on any surfaces we come in contact with including; our vehicles, tools and your home.
• Our customer service representatives are pre-screening calls to ensure the homes we are working in have not been infected or have the potential to infect our employees.
• If you or any of your family members in the home are sick, we would ask you to inform us so we can reschedule for another time.
